2. Visiting this website
When you open a page, your browser sends a request to our host. Technically this includes your IP address, the time, the requested address, browser and device type and the referring page. We use this only to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts, images and videos come from this site itself. There are no cookies, no local storage, no analytics, no advertising and no social plugins.
3. Hosting (Cloudflare)
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (for the EU: Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Munich). Cloudflare processes requests as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum and temporarily stores technical data such as the IP address in server logs. Data may be processed in the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
4. Email and app testing
If you write to us, we use your email address and message to answer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). If you ask to test an app, we add the Google account address you give us to the test's tester list in Google Play Console, so Google can let you install the test version (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Google Ireland Limited then processes it under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We delete your address from the list and our mailbox when the test ends or when you ask, whichever comes first.
5. The apps
The apps have their own privacy policies, shown in each app and in its store listing. Tech Explained: tech-explained-6b6.pages.dev/privacy.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), and you can withdraw a consent at any time. Write to the email address above.
7. Supervisory authority
You may complain to a data protection authority, in particular in your country of residence. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
